Our store accepts returns within 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If 30 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, it will no longer be eligible for refund. We can only offer you refunds or replacements at no additional cost if it falls under these following criteria:
Items are defective – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
Wrong item received – size, style, color.
Lost package by shipping company.
Measurements are provided on each product’s description to help you get the right fit. Therefore, we are not held responsible for NON-RECEIPT or REFUSAL if items do not fit.
Note: The SoGlam Company will not be held liable to any lost packages if customer provides the wrong address. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in the mail and/or other mishaps from happening.

Can I cancel my order(s)? Yes. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of order placement before it ships out. Send us an email within 24 hours and let us know the reason why you wish to cancel your order.
We do not accept cancellation of orders outside the 24 hours window and/or because of our standard shipping policy. Please note that our Standard Shipping are posted in each product’s description hence all customers should be aware of this before concluding an order.
All refunds will be processed within 24-48 business hours before the fund reflects on customer’s bank account.
Note: Our team will inspect / verify the products before we issue out a replacement or refund. SoGlam reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.
